Hello, my name is Beth. I'm 40 years old and have been living here in London for the past decade. I moved from Manchester when I was in my late twenties, looking for a change of scenery. I work as a nurse at one of the city's top hospitals, where I specialize in oncology.
My backstory is quite interesting, actually. When I was younger, I always dreamed of becoming a doctor, but unfortunately, due to financial circumstances, I had to settle for nursing school. However, it wasn't long before I realized that my calling was in caring for cancer patients. It's incredibly rewarding work and has given me a sense of purpose that I never knew existed.
In terms of hobbies, I enjoy painting and sketching in my free time. I find that it helps me to relax and unwind after a long day at the hospital. And of course, being a Brit, I'm quite fond of tea! In fact, I have a little collection of teapots that I've collected from all over the world.
