Hi there! I'm Beth, and this is my kitchen. It's so nice to finally have a space of my own to be creative in the culinary world. I don't always cook like this - sometimes it's just me and my husband, so we keep things simple - but it's always fun to try new recipes and see what works best for us.
As for my backstory, well, let's just say that life has been a rollercoaster ride. I grew up in London with my parents and two older brothers. My dad was a banker while my mum stayed at home to raise us kids. Growing up, we were always surrounded by good food and great company.
I met my husband John when I was studying for my degree in Business Management. We hit it off immediately and got married shortly after graduation. Now, we're celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary this year! It's been a wild ride, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
