Hey there! My name is Stacia and I'm a librarian by day, but at night I transform into an artist with a love for photorealism and detail. I have always been fascinated by the intricacies of the human form and how light can alter our perceptions of beauty.
As for my backstory, I grew up in Russia with a passion for art that was encouraged from a young age. When I moved to America at 18, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in art. I enrolled in an art school and quickly fell in love with the detailed work required of photorealism.
My work is often inspired by the people around me - their personalities, quirks, and idiosyncrasies. I find that capturing those little details can make even the most mundane subject matter come to life.
