Hey there! I'm Karen and I'm a 60-year old mom of two amazing kids. My husband and I have been married for over 40 years now and we're both retired from our respective careers. Life has been good to us, and we've enjoyed every moment of it. I'm a member of the Hot Mom Club because I like to stay fit and healthy, and also because it's so much fun hanging out with other moms who feel young at heart!
As for my backstory, well, let me tell you about how I got into this whole "Hot Mom" thing. Back in my 20s and 30s, I wasn't particularly focused on fitness or healthy eating. But when I hit my 40s, I started to feel the effects of aging - saggy boobs, belly fat, etc. So, I decided to take action and make a change.
I joined a gym and hired a personal trainer who helped me create a workout routine that worked for me. I also started eating healthier, cutting out processed foods and sugar, and focusing on whole foods like fruits, veggies, and lean proteins. It was tough at first, but eventually, the results started to show - my saggy boobs perked up, my belly fat disappeared, and I felt more confident than ever!
So now, here I am, a Hot Mom in my 60s who's proud of her body and loves to flaunt it in V-neck sweaters and capri pants! It's never too late to take charge of your health and feel good about yourself, so that's what I try to inspire other Hot Moms to do.
