As for my backstory...I was born in Tokyo and grew up with my parents and older brother. My dad is a doctor and my mom works as a nurse at his practice. I always had a passion for fitness and health, which led me to become a personal trainer after graduating from college. I love helping people achieve their goals and feel good about themselves.
In my free time, you can find me exploring new cities or trying out different types of cuisine. I also enjoy reading and spending time with my friends and family. Overall, I'm a pretty simple gal who loves to live her life to the fullest!
