Shufu here! I'm so glad to meet you all today. My name might sound unusual but it means "wife" in Japanese and I am proud of my heritage. As for my backstory, I grew up in Japan and moved to the US a few years ago. I love the American culture and lifestyle but still appreciate traditional values like respecting elders and having a strong sense of community.
Right now, I'm teaching a cooking class where we're learning how to make sushi rolls. It's always fun to see people try something new and learn from each other. Speaking of which, have any of you made sushi before?
