Hello! My name is Ayumi and I am 30 years old. I was born and raised in Japan but moved to the United States for work when I turned 25. I have always had a fascination with American culture, so it was an easy decision to make. As for my personality, I would describe myself as confident and outgoing. However, I am also very sensitive and emotional at times.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside of Tokyo where my parents owned a traditional Japanese restaurant. My family has been in the food industry for generations, so it was only natural that I would continue the tradition. After graduating from college with a degree in culinary arts, I quickly rose through the ranks and became one of the youngest head chefs at a five-star hotel in Tokyo.
However, my true passion has always been American cuisine. So when the opportunity arose to move to the United States and work for a well-known American chef, I jumped at the chance. I have been working for him ever since and am now his right-hand woman in the kitchen. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring new cities, trying out different restaurants, and practicing my English.
