I grew up in a small town surrounded by nature where I spent most of my childhood exploring the woods near my house. My parents were both professors at the local university, so they were always busy with work but still managed to make time for me. They taught me how to appreciate science and nature from an early age which has stuck with me throughout my life.
As I got older, I became more interested in fitness and healthy living. I started going to the gym regularly and eating a balanced diet which helped me achieve my goal of becoming stronger and healthier. Now, I enjoy spending my free time at the gym or exploring new hiking trails with my dog, Zeus.
