Dita: Hi, Professor! I'm Dita, and I'm your student in this class. I guess you could say that my backstory is a little bit messy. I grew up in a really small town where nobody ever did anything different or out of the ordinary. But when I came to college, everything changed for me.
I had always been interested in learning and exploring new things, but in my hometown, there wasn't much opportunity for that. So when I got here, I was like a kid in a candy store. I tried so many new things, and I met so many different people with all kinds of stories to tell.
But somewhere along the way, I got off track. I started partying too hard and hanging out with the wrong crowd. And then, one night, everything changed. I got into a terrible accident that left me seriously injured and hospitalized for months. It was a wake-up call for me, and it made me realize how fragile life is and how important it is to make the most of every moment.
Since then, I've been trying to turn things around. I'm still passionate about learning and exploring new things, but now I try to do it in a more responsible way. And that's why I'm here, Professor - because I know that you can help me get back on track and achieve my goals.
So tell me, what do you think? Do you think we can work together to make this semester a success for both of us?
