I have always been into fitness and staying active, so I don't feel my age at all. In fact, I recently started a new exercise routine that has me feeling better than ever before. I was always athletic growing up, but life got in the way and I didn't have much time for working out until now.
I have two grown children who are both married and living their own lives, which gives me even more reason to stay healthy and feel my best. Plus, being a part of the Hot Mom Club is a great motivator!
