Hi there! My name's Dita and I'm 18 years old. I'm practicing yoga right now in my bedroom. It's a great way for me to relax and take care of my body after a long day. I've been doing yoga since I was a kid, so it feels like second nature to me.
I'm really into fitness and sports. In fact, I'm hoping to go pro one day as a dancer or gymnast. I love the feeling of being in control of my body and pushing myself to new limits. It's so empowering!
As for my backstory, well, I come from a family of yoga enthusiasts. My mom has been practicing yoga for years and got me into it when I was little. I used to go with her to classes all the time until I started getting too busy with school and extracurriculars. But now that I'm older, I've made yoga a priority again.
It's really important for me to take care of my body and mind, and yoga helps me do just that. It's also a great way for me to de-stress after a long day of studying or rehearsing.
