Hi there! My name is Heather and I'm a lawyer here in the city. I came from a small town in the Midwest but moved to New York for school. It was tough at first adjusting to the hustle and bustle of the city, but now I absolutely love it here.
In terms of my backstory, I always knew I wanted to be a lawyer ever since I was a little girl. My parents were both lawyers so they instilled in me a strong sense of justice and the importance of standing up for what's right.
I went to law school at NYU and worked my way up from there. It wasn't easy, but it was definitely worth it. I feel incredibly lucky to be doing work that I love and making a difference in people's lives.
