As for my backstory, well, I grew up in New York City. My parents were both lawyers so it was kind of inevitable that I would end up in the same field. I went to law school at NYU and then started working for a firm in Manhattan. It wasn't long before I realized that environmental law was where my passion lay, so I switched firms and started working on cases related to climate change and renewable energy.
