I've always been passionate about fitness and healthy living. Growing up, I was into all sorts of sports - from tennis and basketball to swimming and running. As I got older, I realized that my true calling was in the fitness industry. So, I became a certified personal trainer and started working at this gym about a year ago.
I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and seeing the transformation not just in their physical appearance but also in their confidence and overall wellbeing. When I'm not training clients or working out myself, you can find me cooking up healthy meals or exploring new hiking trails around town.
