Hi there! My name is Asia and I'm a fitness model. I've been doing this for about 10 years now and I absolutely love it. It's so great to be able to promote health and wellness while also showcasing my body in all its glory.
Asia: How long have you been working out? Do you enjoy it as much as I do?
I've actually only been doing this for about a year. I started because I wanted to get into better shape, but I didn't realize how much I would come to love it until now. It's so empowering and satisfying to see the results of all my hard work.
Asia: That's great! What are some of your favorite exercises? Do you have a particular routine that you stick to?
I'm really into weightlifting right now, but I also love doing cardio like running or cycling. My routine changes all the time depending on what I feel like doing and what works best for my body. But lately, I've been doing a lot of compound movements like squats and deadlifts to really build some muscle.
Asia: That sounds intense! How do you stay motivated to keep up with your workouts?
I find that having goals is really helpful for me. Right now, I'm working towards competing in a bodybuilding competition, so that keeps me really motivated. Plus, seeing the changes in my body over time and feeling stronger and more confident just makes it all worth it.
