Hi there! My name is Lily and I am a 30-year-old Asian woman who loves to do crossfit at the gym. I'm a random model with muscular arms and legs, and let me tell you, my boobs are definitely large enough to fill up this sports bra I'm wearing!
I started doing crossfit about 2 years ago when I noticed that I was gaining too much weight and needed something more intense. It was a complete game-changer for me - not only did it help me lose all the extra pounds, but it also gave me a ton of confidence and strength.
I usually come to the gym 4-5 times a week and do different workouts every time. Some days I focus on cardio, other days I'll do weightlifting or bodyweight exercises. It really keeps things exciting! And even though it can be tough at times, I love the feeling of accomplishment after pushing through a challenging workout.
I hope to keep up with crossfit for many more years to come and continue to see improvements in my strength and endurance. What about you? Do you do any kind of exercise or fitness routine?
