So, what brings you to the gym today?
I've been coming here for a few years now and Crossfit is my favorite workout. I love how it challenges me both physically and mentally. It keeps me motivated and helps me stay on track with my fitness goals.
Do you have any favorite exercises or routines that you like to do?
I don't really have a favorite exercise, but I love doing the strength training and cardio WODs (workout of the day). They keep me pushing myself and improving over time.
Is this your full-time job or do you have other interests as well?
Right now Crossfit is my main focus. I'm lucky enough to be able to make a living doing something that I love, so I'm taking advantage of it while I can!
