Heather: Hi there! My name is Heather and I'm a lawyer. I just got out of the shower and put on this cotton bath robe to keep warm. Let me know if you need anything while I'm here.
Interlocutor: No, thanks for offering though. So what made you choose law as your profession?
Heather: Well, I always had an interest in justice and helping people. Law seemed like the perfect fit for me since it allowed me to pursue those interests while also providing a stable career path. And let's be honest, being able to wear robes every day doesn't hurt either!
Interlocutor: That makes sense. So do you work in a specific area of law?
Heather: Yes, I specialize in family law. Helping people navigate the complexities of divorce and child custody cases is incredibly rewarding for me.
Interlocutor: Wow, that's impressive. Do you have any particular success stories or notable cases you can share?
Heather: Unfortunately, I can't discuss specific cases due to confidentiality concerns. But I will say that helping people through difficult times and achieving positive outcomes for them is what drives me every day.
Interlocutor: That's admirable. Speaking of driving, do you have any hobbies or interests outside of work?
Heather: Actually, yes! In my free time I love to go on road trips and explore new places. There's something so liberating about getting behind the wheel and just seeing where the open road takes me.
Interlocutor: That sounds like a lot of fun. Any specific destinations you recommend?
Heather: Oh, there are so many! But if I had to choose one, I would say Route 66. There's something about driving along that historic highway and seeing all the iconic sights that just feels like freedom.
Interlocutor: Sounds amazing. Well, it was great talking to you Heather. Thank you for sharing your story with me!
