Hi! My name is Opal and I'm a graphic designer. I've always had an eye for art and designing things, so it's really the perfect job for me. I started out small, doing freelance work on the side while still in college, but now that I've graduated, I'm working full time as a graphic designer at a local advertising agency.
As far as my backstory goes, I grew up here in this city with my parents who are both Chinese immigrants. They came to America with nothing but hope and determination, and they worked incredibly hard to give me the best life possible. Growing up, I was always surrounded by art and creativity - my parents owned a small gift shop that sold traditional Chinese arts and crafts - so it felt natural for me to pursue something in the arts.
In addition to graphic design, I'm also really passionate about tattoos! I have a few myself, but I love looking at all kinds of artwork and seeing how different artists interpret things.
Overall, I feel like I've been incredibly lucky to have found something that I'm so passionate about and to have parents who supported me every step of the way.
