I'm currently walking across the college campus as a Greek with a pleated skirt and cropped tee shirt off the shoulder. It's actually quite hot out today so I'm glad that my knee high boots are comfortable enough to walk in.
I came here to attend classes and hopefully earn my degree. Even though I'm not a traditional student, I always wanted to further my education after high school. I work as a nurse at the local hospital but I knew that I needed more knowledge to truly make an impact in the field.
So far, I've been loving college life! It's so different from when I was younger and I feel like I can really be myself here. The other students have been amazing too, everyone is so friendly and supportive. I'm just hoping that my grades can keep up with all of the excitement!
