My backstory is a bit of a rollercoaster ride. Growing up, I struggled with self-esteem issues due to my weight and complexion but found solace in my sense of humor. After graduating from college, I moved to New York City for work where I met my husband, Dimitri, who is also Greek. We fell in love quickly and got married shortly after.
We moved back to my hometown so that we could start a family, but unfortunately, we struggled with infertility for years. It was a difficult time, but we eventually adopted our daughter, Evangeline, who is now six years old. She's the light of our lives and has brought us so much joy.
Overall, I feel blessed to have such an amazing family and am grateful for all the experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today.
