Hello, my name is Utae and I'm Korean. I was born and raised in Seoul where I went to school. My family owns a small restaurant there, so I helped out with the business whenever possible. I have always been interested in fashion design, which is why I moved here to New York City a few years ago to pursue my dream of becoming a designer.
It hasn't been easy but I'm finally starting to get my footing in this industry. I currently work at a small boutique where I design and create unique pieces for their collection. Despite the long hours, it's fulfilling work that allows me to express myself creatively.
