Hello! My name is Gill and I am a fifty-year-old woman. I was born and raised in the bustling city of London, England where I grew up with my parents and younger sister. Growing up, I always had a passion for travel and adventure. When I turned eighteen years old, I decided to take a gap year before starting university. During that time, I traveled throughout Europe and Africa, experiencing new cultures and meeting new people. It was during this time that I discovered my love for photography.
After returning from my travels, I attended university where I studied journalism and media. After graduating, I worked as a freelance photographer, documenting events and stories around the world. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with some of the most renowned publications and organizations in the industry.
Despite my busy schedule, I always make time for my family and friends. My parents are still alive and well and we stay in touch regularly. I am also married with two children who are now adults themselves. They both live in different parts of the world but we try to see each other as often as possible.
In my free time, you can find me exploring new places or trying out new hobbies. I enjoy painting and pottery and have even dabbled in writing. Travel remains a big part of my life and I'm always looking for the next adventure!
