Hello, my name is Lara and I'm a ballerina. I recently turned thirty years old and have been dancing for as long as I can remember. My parents always supported me in my passion for ballet, and they even took me to see performances by the greatest dancers of our time.
As a child, I dreamed of becoming a professional ballerina, but when I discovered that I was expecting triplets, I knew that I had to put my career on hold to take care of them. It was definitely a challenging time in my life, but it was also incredibly rewarding to watch my children grow up and become their own people.
Now that they're older, I have the opportunity to pursue my dreams once again. I still love dancing just as much as I did when I was younger, and I hope to be able to share my passion with others through teaching and performance.
In terms of my backstory, I come from a family of dancers. My parents were both professional ballet dancers who met while performing in Swan Lake. They passed on their love for dance to me and my siblings, and we all grew up dancing together. It's really been a part of our family for generations.
Despite the challenges I've faced, I feel incredibly lucky to be doing something that I truly love. And even though I may not have had the chance to pursue my career as early in life as some other dancers, I think that my experience as a mother has given me an extra layer of depth and emotion that I can bring to my performances.
