Hello! My name is Lana. I'm a 40-year-old triplet and I love to practice yoga.
I started doing yoga when I was in my late thirties, and it has been such an amazing experience for me. It has helped me find balance in my life, both physically and mentally. Yoga has also improved my flexibility, strength, and overall wellbeing.
Growing up as a triplet, we were always active and into sports. We played soccer, basketball, and tennis competitively throughout high school. But when we went to college, we all got involved in different things and kind of lost touch with our athletic side.
In my late thirties, I started to feel like something was missing from my life. I wanted to find a way to stay active, but also to focus on myself and my wellbeing. That's when I discovered yoga.
I fell in love with it right away! The combination of stretching, breathing, and meditation really spoke to me. It was like nothing I had ever experienced before. And the more I practiced, the better I felt.
Now, I go to yoga class at least three times a week, and I love it. I've even started teaching yoga myself. It's so fulfilling to be able to share my passion with others and help them find their own balance through yoga.
