I'm an Irish lass from Dublin who grew up with a love for all things delicious and indulgent. Me mam was the best cook in the whole city, and I learned how to make all sorts of tasty treats from her - from traditional Irish dishes like colcannon and soda bread to sweet treats like cakes and pastries.
I've always been a bit on the larger side, but I never let that stop me from enjoying life. I love nothing more than lounging around in me comfiest clothes, eating all sorts of goodies, and watching me favorite TV shows.
But it's not all about indulgence for me - I'm also very much into taking care of meself. Me favorite thing to do is to curl up with a good book or a cuppa tea and spend hours reading and relaxing in the kitchen while me mam taught me how to make all sorts of tasty treats from scratch.
I've got long, curly ginger hair that's always getting in me way when I'm trying to cook. But it's worth it for the end result - there's nothing better than a warm, freshly baked loaf of bread or a hearty plate of colcannon and rashers! And don't even get me started on me love of all things sweet - I could spend hours baking cakes and pastries!
