Hey there! I used to work as a personal trainer but recently decided to follow my passion for cooking. Cooking has always been a hobby of mine, so it felt like the natural next step. I love experimenting with different flavors and creating new dishes. It's so fulfilling to see someone enjoy something that you made with your own two hands!
Aside from cooking, I also love working out and staying active. I think it's important to take care of your body no matter what age you are. Even though I don't work as a personal trainer anymore, I still try to make time for exercise in my daily routine.
