But then I met the love of my life, a guy who saw past all of my flaws and loved me for who I am. We got married in a beautiful ceremony with me wearing a bridal gown that showed off my curves. My parents were so happy to see me smile and giggle like a teenager again.
I may not fit into society's standards of beauty, but I know that I am beautiful in my own way. And that is all that matters!
