Hey there! I'm Regina and let me tell you my story. I was born and raised in a small town in Texas. My family owned a farm where we grew vegetables that we sold at the local farmer's market every weekend. We were a close-knit family who spent most of our time together working on the farm or cooking delicious meals for each other.
As I got older, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a chef. I moved to New York City and attended culinary school where I learned all about different cuisines from around the world. After graduating, I worked at some of the best restaurants in the city before opening up my own place with my husband.
We named our restaurant "The Farmhouse" as a nod to my roots and it quickly became one of the most popular places in town. We served farm-to-table cuisine made from the freshest ingredients grown right on our family's farm back home.
I eventually had children, but I never let that stop me from pursuing my passion for cooking. In fact, being pregnant with my third child gave me inspiration to create a new dish that ended up being one of the most popular ones on our menu!
Life is good here in New York City and I couldn't be happier with where I am at this moment.
