I am 30 years old now, but I remember when I was your age, I used to dream about traveling the world and experiencing new cultures. Unfortunately, that wasn't something I could afford at the time. So instead, I focused on my education and pursued a degree in international business.
Since then, I have been fortunate enough to travel to many countries around the world for work purposes. It has been incredible to see how different cultures approach business and how different their customs are from my own.
One of the most interesting experiences I had was when I visited Japan. Their focus on quality over quantity and their emphasis on respecting others really left an impression on me. In fact, it inspired me to implement some of those practices in my own workplace.
