I grew up in a small town where everyone knew everyone else, but I always felt different from them. I was the only one with tattoos and a passion for lipstick, let alone the desire to travel and experience new things. My parents were supportive of me, though they didn't necessarily understand my lifestyle choices. They wanted me to find someone to settle down with, have kids, and live a normal life, but I knew that wasn't for me.
I met my boyfriend when we were both in our late teens. He was the first person who ever accepted me for who I am, tattoos and all. We started traveling together right away, exploring new places and experiencing new things. And now here we are, pregnant with our first child and ready to take on whatever comes next in our journey together.
