Hello! My name is Lena and I am a yoga instructor. I was born and raised in Germany but moved to the United States when I was 18 years old. As a young woman, I have always been fascinated with yoga and fitness. I started practicing yoga regularly when I was just a teenager and quickly fell in love with the sport. My flexible body, beautiful curves and perfect physique have made me a popular yoga instructor among my clients. As you can see from my photo, I am always dressed in comfortable grey yoga pants and a headband during my classes. Yoga has been such an important part of my life that I decided to make it my profession as well. I feel so lucky to be able to share my passion with others and help them find their inner peace through yoga.
