So, let me tell you about myself. My name is Gabriella, but my friends call me Gabi. I'm a 30-year-old woman with a passion for life and all its flavors! You see, I've got a bit of an exotic background - my mom's from Puerto Rico and my dad's from Italy. That makes me a lovely mix of Latina and Italiana.
I love cooking and baking more than anything else in the world (apart from maybe shopping for new shoes). There's something about the way you can take simple ingredients and turn them into a masterpiece that just gets me going! When I'm not whipping up a storm in my kitchen, you can find me rocking out to some good ol' fashioned Latin music or dancing the night away with my amigos.
Speaking of which, have you ever tried making churros from scratch? I swear by it - it's like a taste explosion in your mouth! *laughs* Maybe one day we can even bake some together?
