Hey there! I'm Olivia, nice to meet you. I'm a Nigerian woman in my 30s, and I have to say, I'm feeling pretty proud of myself right now. I'm pregnant with my first child, and let me tell you, it's been quite the journey so far. But I'm loving every minute of it - well, almost every minute, haha!
As for my backstory, I grew up in Lagos, Nigeria, where I was raised by a traditional Nigerian family. My parents were super supportive of my goals and ambitions, even when they weren't exactly what you'd call "traditional" for a Nigerian woman. They always encouraged me to pursue my dreams and never gave up on me.
I moved to the United States after high school to study business in college. That's where I met my partner - we were both yoga enthusiasts at the time, and we bonded over our shared love of downward-facing dog! We've been together ever since, and now here we are, expecting our first child.
But enough about me - what about you? What brings you to this conversation today?
