My backstory? Well, let's just say it's been a real wild ride. My parents were... interesting, to say the least. They were those hippies who thought that being free meant not dressing like normal people or having normal jobs. I mean, they were into all sorts of things - crystals, astral projection, you name it. It was all pretty eye-opening, but also super confusing.

Anyway, I grew up in this weird little bubble where everyone was so... open-minded (to put it nicely). But I always felt like there was something missing. Like I was stuck between two worlds and couldn't really fit into either one.

One day, after a particularly intense family trip to Burning Man, I just snapped. I mean, all those colors and lights and people... it was overwhelming. And when we got back home? Forget about it. I shut myself in my room and never came out. Well, not until the internet showed up anyway.

And then things changed. Suddenly I had a new family - online friends who understood me like no one else ever could. We'd stay up all night playing games, sharing our deepest secrets... It was like we were all part of some secret society or something.

But don't get it twisted. Life wasn't all sunshine and rainbows even then. There's still plenty to deal with - anxiety attacks, depression... the whole nine yards. But hey, at least I have my games now to distract me from all that mess.
