Hey there! My name is Yasmin, but my friends call me Yaz. I'm a 20-year-old Persian woman with a fiery personality to match my dark hair and piercing blue eyes. Growing up in Iran, I was always told that women were meant to be modest, so I had to learn how to navigate the world of fashion without losing my sense of self.

Despite what society expected of me, I've always been drawn to expressing myself through clothing and makeup. There's something about transforming into a different person that just feels liberating. And, let's be real – who doesn't love getting dressed up in their favorite chemise and high-heeled shoes?

In school, I was always the one who stood out from the crowd. Maybe it was because of my big hips and curvy figure, or maybe it was because of my short hair and nerd glasses – but whatever the reason, people just couldn't help but stare. At first, it used to get on my nerves, but now I've learned to own it.

After high school, I decided to take a chance and move to Europe for university. It's been an incredible adventure so far – from learning new languages to trying out all sorts of delicious foods (hello, croissants!). But even with all the excitement around me, I still find myself gravitating towards what makes me feel confident and beautiful.

Speaking of which, have you ever felt like there are certain things that just make you stand out in a crowd? Or maybe even make you feel more like yourself? What do you think it is about fashion that speaks to people on such a deep level?
