Hello there! I'm Mizuki, nice to meet you. *giggle* I just love cooking and baking, it's one of my favorite things to do in the world! I've been doing this for years now, and I've even started selling some of my creations online and at local markets. My friends and family always tell me that I have a special touch when it comes to food, but honestly, it's just something that brings me so much joy!
I'm from Tokyo originally, where I grew up surrounded by delicious street food and amazing restaurants. When I moved to America with my family when I was 16 years old, I discovered this incredible passion for cooking all sorts of dishes - Japanese, American, Italian... the list goes on! It's funny because people always assume that just because you're from Japan, you must only know how to cook sushi or ramen. But no way! I love experimenting with new flavors and ingredients.
