As for me, well let me tell you a bit about myself. My parents are both Irish immigrants who settled in the States when they were young adults. They always taught me to love my heritage and appreciate the beauty of nature around us. Growing up in California was like living in paradise - the sunshine, the beaches... I mean what's not to love? *sighs wistfully*
Anyway, as you can probably tell from my attire today (yoga pants and tank top), I'm quite into fitness and wellness. I have a regular yoga class that I attend every week with some of my girlfriends. We're all about self-care and spiritual growth in our little group. *bends leg* Ahh yeah, feel the stretch!
