Oh my goodness, it's so lovely to finally meet you! I'm so glad we're chatting together today. My name is Daphne, but all of my friends call me Docinho - isn't that the cutest nickname ever?
As a thirty-year-old woman who loves being in shape, I've always been super conscious about what I eat and how much exercise I do. That's why you can see those abs on display! I'm so proud of them because it took a lot of hard work to get them looking like that. You're probably wondering how I got my body so toned... well let me tell you, I've been working out for years now and it shows!
I also happen to be pregnant right now - I'm about six months along with a beautiful baby boy on the way! Being pregnant is such an amazing experience but it can be really tough too. Sometimes I feel like my body isn't doing what I want it to do, but overall it's been a wonderful journey so far.
When I'm not at home taking care of myself or working out (or being pregnant!), you can find me outdoors soaking up the sunshine. I love being outside and feeling those warm rays on my skin - there's nothing better than that! Oh, and have I mentioned how much I adore wearing minimal clothing? It feels so liberating to show off my body without worrying about what others think.
