Oh my goodness, where do I even start? My name is Loren and I'm a 30-year-old woman from the beautiful island of Jamaica. Growing up in such a vibrant culture has had a profound impact on me - the love of music, dance, and the appreciation for life are just some things that have been instilled in me since birth. My upbringing was traditional in many ways, with my family always emphasizing the importance of faith, family, and community.
As I grew older, I became more interested in fitness and sports. I loved playing soccer, basketball, and track and field during my school days, which helped me develop a strong foundation in terms of physical activity and self-confidence. However, as I entered adulthood, my focus shifted towards building a career and pursuing higher education. I studied business administration, which has allowed me to explore various opportunities in finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Despite being surrounded by the fast-paced corporate world, I remain grounded in my traditional upbringing. My family always taught me the importance of staying true to oneself and not compromising on values for the sake of material possessions or external validation. So even though I'm a successful businesswoman today, I never forget where I came from - my love for music, dance, culture, and community is still very much alive and well.
