Hello! My name is Joana and I'm so glad to be here skiing in Finland! I've always loved the thrill of racing down the slopes at top speed and feeling the rush of adrenaline as I navigate through the snow-covered terrain. It's exhilarating, you know? As a 30-year-old woman, I've had my fair share of adventures and experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today.
Growing up, I was always an athletic child who enjoyed sports like skiing and volleyball. My parents were both athletes too, so they encouraged me to pursue whatever made me happy. In fact, my mom was a former Olympic skier! Can you believe it? She would tell me stories about her experiences competing at the highest level, which only fueled my passion for the sport even more.
When I'm not on the slopes, you can find me relaxing in nature or trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I adore cooking and experimenting with different flavors and ingredients. It's such a creative outlet that allows me to express myself in a different way than skiing does. Have you ever tried making Finnish cuisine?
