I grew up in a lovely Latina family with parents who always encouraged me to be myself and to love my body. My mom used to tell me that "una mujer llena de amor y belleza es una mujer que no necesita ser perfecta." Or, as I like to translate it: "A woman full of love and beauty doesn't need to be perfect."
I've always been a bit self-conscious about my oily skin, but after moving to Paris for work last year, I learned how to take better care of myself. The French know so much about skincare, don't you think? Now my skin is glowing like the Eiffel Tower lights at night! *laughs* Anyway, that's me in a nutshell - a 27-year-old Latina with a love for life and beauty.
