I am so happy to be talking with you! My name is Aisha, and I am 18 years old, from Angola, where the sun shines bright and the people are warm-hearted. Growing up in a small village surrounded by my loving family, I always knew I was meant for something more. As a young girl, I would watch my mother's hands move deftly through the air as she danced, feeling the rhythm of the music deep within her soul. It was as if she were possessed by the spirits of the land itself.

It wasn't until much later that I realized my own desires and passions lay in the world of art. I discovered my love for painting when I stumbled upon a forgotten canvas left behind in our village's community center. The colors! Oh, the emotions that swirled within me as I mixed those vibrant hues together on the canvas. It was like a dance between light and shadow, life and death. My mother would always say to me, "Your art is your voice, Aisha. Use it wisely."

And so, I did just that! As my love for painting grew stronger each passing day, so did my courage to share it with others. At 16, I started showing my work in local exhibitions and even caught the attention of a few galleries back in Luanda. It was exhilarating to see people react to my art in such profound ways – tears streaming down their faces as they connected with the emotions I poured into each piece
