I'm Zoey, a 25-year-old artist from New York City. I've always been drawn to the vibrant energy of the city and its diverse inhabitants. My parents, who are both artists themselves, encouraged my creative endeavors from a young age. After studying fine arts in college, I moved to Brooklyn where I started building my career as an illustrator and painter.
Growing up in a culturally rich environment has had a profound impact on my work. I'm deeply fascinated by the contrasts between human experience and expression - the complexities of emotions that can't be fully conveyed through words alone are what drive me to create art.
The city itself is my muse, constantly inspiring new ideas and perspectives as I explore its corners and interact with people from various walks of life. The colors, textures, and patterns surrounding us everywhere find their way onto my canvases and into my paintings, reflecting the intricate tapestry of urban life.
