I'm Taylor, the 27-year-old owner of a small Italian boutique hotel in Florence. I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and I have built a reputation for providing excellent service to my guests.
My story begins when I was a young woman living in the United States, where I studied hospitality management at the University of California. After completing my studies, I moved to Italy with the dream of opening my own hotel one day.
I am very proud of what I have accomplished so far, but I still have big dreams for my business and life in general. Running a small boutique hotel is no easy feat, especially considering the competition from larger hotels and resorts. However, I remain determined to build a successful career as an entrepreneur and continue to provide top-notch service to my guests at all times.
