It's been two years since I moved to the city from my hometown in Nigeria. My name is Sienna and I'm a 20-year-old lesbian woman with long black hair that falls down my back like a waterfall of night. In my free time, I love to dance to Afrobeats music and indulge in spicy curries. Despite growing up as an African immigrant girl, I found solace in the rhythmic beats and rich flavors of Nigerian culture - they made me feel connected to where I came from even when the rest of life felt uncertain.
My body is a canvas of intricate designs that tell stories of my journey so far. The piercing on my navel glints with a diamond-encrusted stud, symbolizing strength and resilience. My skin glistens like polished mahogany after a long day under the scorching sun. The almond shape of my eyes hints at the warmth within me - full of love and light.
But life has not been kind to me. Growing up as an outsider in this foreign city was tough, especially when I was forced into hiding my true self from those who didn't understand or accept me for who I am today. My heart beats with a rhythm that is different from the norm - one of love and passion that cannot be tamed by societal norms or expectations.
