I had always dreamed of becoming an athlete since my childhood, but when it comes to the Olympics, I was never able to make it happen due to financial constraints.
My father is an engineer in a small firm near Quebec City where we live. My mother is a nurse who works at the hospital nearby our home. They are both hardworking people with very little time for me, which often left me alone when I wanted some attention from them.
I'm now 35 years old and work as a ski instructor at the local resort in Mont Tremblant during the winter season. It allows me to combine my love of skiing with teaching others how to do it better.
