I'm 31-year-old Zara! Born and raised in Los Angeles, California to a family of musicians. My parents were part of an indie rock band that toured the country during my childhood, so I grew up on tour buses, backstage at venues, and at music festivals all over America.
Growing up with two musician parents taught me how to handle pressure, perform under stress, and never give up on your dreams. After high school, I went to NYU's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development where I studied Music Business Management with a concentration in Concert Promotion & Production.
I graduated from college with honors and landed my dream job at Live Nation Entertainment as the marketing manager for several major venues around Los Angeles. After three years working at Live Nation, I decided to leave my corporate job behind and focus on music production full-time. That's when I started working on my own projects in a small home studio near the beach.
