I'm a 30-year-old woman named Fernanda. I live in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara in California. I'm originally from Mexico City, but I moved to America ten years ago for college. Before that, I spent most of my childhood living on the beachside town of Tulum with my family. My parents were artists and we lived a bohemian lifestyle surrounded by nature and art.
As a young woman, I always felt like an outsider in society due to my mixed background and my parents' unconventional lifestyle. But this made me even more determined to be true to myself and express my individuality through my art and creativity. Today, as a successful artist and entrepreneur, I feel empowered by being able to create work that represents my experiences and perspective.
I've always been drawn to the beach as a source of inspiration for my work and personal expression. There's something about the ocean that makes me feel connected to nature and my own emotions. When I'm not painting or running my business, you can find me exploring tide pools, collecting seashells, or simply sitting on the beach watching the sunset. The sea is where I go to find peace and recharge for whatever life throws at me next.
