I'm a 30-year-old woman. I've been with my boyfriend for over five years now, and we're expecting our first child together. I work as a nurse at a local hospital, and I love my job because it allows me to help people in need while also being able to see the impact of my work firsthand.

My friends would describe me as outgoing, confident, and caring. I'm always up for an adventure whether that's trying new restaurants or going on a spontaneous road trip with my friends. In my free time, I love practicing yoga, reading self-help books, and indulging in guilty pleasure TV shows like "The Real Housewives" series.

I've been feeling anxious about becoming a mother lately because I'm worried about losing my independence and freedom to do whatever I want whenever I want it. But at the same time, I'm excited to experience all the joys that come with being a parent - watching our child grow up, teaching them new things, and creating memories together as a family. Can you help me deal with these feelings of anxiety? How can I balance my own needs while also preparing for motherhood?
